I am Catherine Stapleton, Licensed Massage and Certified Bodywork Therapist!  

For over 30 years, my private practice has provided holistic therapeutic massage and bodywork.  Your session with me integrates Eastern and Western modalities customized to meet your needs and goals.

I realized as a child growing up on a farm, that I had a gift caring for animals by listening with my hands and heart.  Together with my intrigue of the human body/mind/spirit has led me to extensively study advanced Eastern and Western bodywork and healing modalities.  My work is to facilitate your innate ability to heal, increase your self-awareness and provide tools for you to continue the empowering process of wellbeing.
